Restroom Improvements

The restrooms were in dire need of modernization.  The finishes were a concrete painted floor, very worn toilet accessories and conditions that were difficult to keep as clean as most people would prefer.  The first hurdle to overcome was the configuration of the restrooms and how to accommodate the "parity" laws that govern the number of women's toilet's that must be provided.  We were fortunate that the structure and installation allowed us to run the additional plumbing lines to the areas that enabled us to double the service to the women's restroom.  

The women's restroom now contains eight toilets (of which 2 are handicap) and four sinks (of which 3 are pedestal style and one is handicap).  The sinks are Kohler brand and have a very simple, art deco styling. The floors are vinyl composition tile with coordinating accent colors from the wall designs.  The toilet accessories are stainless steel to accent the design concept of incorporating stainless steel and brushed aluminum components throughout the facility.

The men's restroom is finished similarly and has four toilets (of which 1 is handicap), four sinks ( of which one is handicap) and four urinals.
