The Ardmore Tourism Authority received a grant from the Noble Foundation for the modernization and improvement of the facility in the fall of 1999.  Primarily, the first phase included the addition of air conditioning, the repair of the roof, and the upgrading of the restrooms. The decor will be enhanced to more reflect the mood of the "Art Deco" historic period.  Special displays are being planned to reflect the activities of the past and to document the historical facts surrounding the building.

The web pages below will help follow the progress of the improvements, and will add another chapter to this downtown facility.
